Ordering

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please make sure you double check your billing and shipping addresses before placing your order. If you need to correct any information on your order, please contact us ASAP with your order number + info that needs to be changed by replying to your order confirmation email or through our contact us details.

Shipping

We do our best to package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a damaged item claim, we must receive photos of damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in, and your order number so we can quickly work to replace it.

Please refer to burn instructions and care information on/included in product packaging or listed on our product pages.

We use ethically sourced and high quality ingredients. We follow proper usage guidelines for all fragrance ingredients. As someone who is incredibly scent sensitive, we aim to use only the best possible ingredients we can find.

All containers are reusable or recyclable.

Product Care + Instructions

To ensure the candle burns properly, trim wick to 1/4″ before each new burn. Always allow candle to reach a full melt pool, where wax has melted to all edges and melt pool is 1/4” deep. Do not burn longer than 4 hrs at a time. Never leave wick trimmings or matches in the melt pool. Burn on heat resistant surface, do not leave unattended. Do not pick up or handle candle while burning. Extinguish with care, do not use water. Once the candle has less than 1/4″ wax left discontinue use.

Our studio is located in a secure multi-use building without public access and for this reason; we are not able to offer local pickup options.
