Windowsill will happily cancel your order if a cancellation request is received before your order is packed or fulfilled. Orders that have been packed and are ready to deliver or have been dispatched through our courier are ineligible for cancellation.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Windowsill does not normally issue refunds but in a few cases, if we are unable to replace a damaged product due to unavailability or any other reasons, a full refund will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Windowsill assumes all information provided by the customer at the time of purchase to be true, and cannot be held responsible for any typos, incorrect entries or other inaccuracies therein. This includes, but is not limited to incorrect mailing addresses, client names and shipping dates.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:
Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card. The actual crediting of the refund amount will depend on the bank’s processing times.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account. The actual crediting of the refund amount will depend on the bank’s processing times.
For payment through UPI, the refund will be processed to the same UPI ID / linked bank account.
Buyer can claim refund for loss in transit if the ordered product(s) has not been delivered at the shipping address (in Pune) within 7 working days of shipping the order. Such claims will be verified by Windowsill team and only upon establishing the veracity of the claim the amount will be refunded to the buyer. No claims by buyer will be entertained as loss-in-transit if there is evidence that the order has been delivered to the shipping address or if there was no person available to receive the shipment when the delivery of the order was attempted.
